Hello Westeros!
Stannis Baratheon, the One True King of Westeros, is at the Wall!
With a second unit of heavy cavalry, and the support of Night’s Watch rangers led by Cotter Pyke, he arrives just in time to fight off the endless horde of wildlings…

The second unit of my converted Champions is composed of a bit more of a mix: 2 Kingsmen, 1 Queensman and 1 Champion. This was to reflect that Queensmen make up for most of Stannis forces at this point, with the Kingsmen being largely inferior in numbers.
The total number would therefore be 4 Queensmen, 2 Kingsmen and 1 Champion, with Stannis being the one mandatory attachment in the army.

For the rest of my army, I wanted to bring in Hedge Knights.
However, this is a thematic army, and the Night’s Watch cavalry from Eastwatch played an important part in the battle. Therefore: Ranger Vanguards would be my Hedge Knights!

And who says Hedge Knights says Glory or Fortune Seeker, and who else more than Cotter Pyke could take that spot?
(Yes, I actually did expect him to be a cavalry commander for the Night’s Watch, so it was my way of making it somehow happen as well…)

I really had lots of fun converting and painting this thematic army, and am now looking forward to create more of these types of armies; it made me realize how much I missed cutting and gluing minis up!

Hope you like it, and please pray to R’hllor for their performance in the upcoming Sunday tournament!
